  • Offrir l'accueil téléphonique, prendre en charge les mails et répondre aux demandes des utilisateurs,
  • Créer des tickets (Incidents et demandes de Service) dans l'outil Service Now et en assurer le suivi jusqu'à leur résolution,
  • Analyser et résoudre les incidents décrits dans le périmètre du Service Desk,
  • Assurer les escalades et le transfert des incidents qui n'ont pas pu être résolus au premier contact vers les équipes de support spécialisées,
  • Gérer les accès (Active Directory, Exchange, AS400, etc…).

  • Formation en informatique (CFC) ou expérience jugée équivalente,
  • 2 à 3 ans d'expérience professionnelle,
  • Ecrire et parler couramment le français et l'anglais (B2),

  • Aimer apprendre et travailler en équipe,
  • Certifications Microsoft et ITIL, un plus,
  • Domicilié dans la région de Genève,

Each week, duty is organised on both Switzerland's sites. - Act on specialist knowledge The TS Implementation Engineer (L2) is expected to take the ownership of relevant technologies according to domain or specialization.     Behavioural skills : As corporate citizens they practise two-way communication and listens to understand other's point of view. The primary responsibility of the TS implementation Engineer (L3) is to provide technical support to customer clients. This includes remotely supporting clients within Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to install and configure software and hardware, resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis and adhere to any related processes such as change management.  The TS implementation Engineer (L3) is involved in more complex environments for installation, configuration and fault management.   Missions: Ensure Client Satisfaction - TS implementation Engineers (L3) work closely with clients, displaying good client engagement skills and engaging at a high level of professionalism. They are required to interact with clients on site to meet complex requirements of a solution.
